At Grace Habitat, we are committed to providing safe, supportive housing for individuals who can benefit from our community. The following criteria outline the basic qualifications for residency and help ensure that our program remains a good fit for both residents and the community as a whole.
At Grace Habitat, we are committed to providing safe, supportive housing for individuals who can benefit from our community. The following criteria outline the basic qualifications for residency and help ensure that our program remains a good fit for both residents and the community as a whole.
1. The potential resident has completed a pre-residence interview and deemed appropriate for residency.
2. The potential resident must be 55 years of age or older
3. The potential resident must agree in writing to abide by Grace Habitat's (GH) rules and regulations.
4. The potential resident should actively participate in the housing activity programs on a weekly basis and be willing to go to necessary steps to achieve independence.
5. The potential resident must be willing to sign a housing agreement.
6. The potential resident must be willing to sign a release for a criminal background check.
7. The potential resident must not be classified as a sexual or violent offender.
8. The potential resident must be deemed appropriate candidate by the House Manager and Director Grace Habitat.
