3. Visit the house and take a look around at what we have to offer.
4. Verify Income, Background and Identity
5. Make your initial rent payment plus processing fee.
6. Move in!

1. Private single room or Furnished semi-private (two people in a room)
2. Individual bed with complete bedding set
Individual nightstand, and lamp for each resident
3. Assigned fridge and cabinet spaces
4. 24 hour security system in common areas
5. Kitchen with all essentials

7. Huge back yard
8. Washer and dryer on site
