Application Process
Pre-screening Questionnaire
Start your application by completing the questionnaire. Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation via email or text letting you know we’ve received it.
In-Home Interview and Tour
If your questionnaire aligns with our community, we’ll invite you to schedule an in-home tour to make sure it’s a great fit for everyone. If it is, we’ll collect a $150 processing fee and set your move-in date.
Background Check
We believe in second chances and review background checks on a case-by-case basis. However, we do not accept individuals with histories involving arson, sexual offenses, hate crimes, or severe violent offenses.
Based in Connecticut but referrals from across the US are accepted!
